Ah, ok, i am making around $10/week from adsense ($10.59 in the last week) and $40/month from selling hosting.

Minus $30 for the server per month which is around $50 profit a month.

Usually, if you could prove your revenue, you can expect your site to be valued at 12-18 times of your revenue.
i.e.
$80 x 12 = $960
$80 x 18 = $1,440

Therefore, your site should value between $960 and $1,440

Yes, but... And here is the but! It is also PR4, so would it be worth more with the PR-Ness?

And the fact it is a unique idea
And also that i have spent x hours a week managing it.

I am 99% sure it is worth more than $1500

PR-Ness? Not much for a PR4. Get it to a strong 5 and you'll have more attention.
A 6 and then you'll be talking PR-Ness with the potential buyer :D
