I was wondering what PCWebAdvice.com could go for. It uses SMF and the skin has been modified and has all new custom images. We have 30 users and are still growing. We also have almost 2000 posts in a few months, quite a bit of views a day, and some side projects like a link directory.

Rep will be added.

Thanks,

I think it could go for mid xx$ to low xxx$.

Good luck and regards.

For the domain itself, I'd appraise the value at high-mid $xx range to low $xxx range. Being a website, with a very nice forum skin and posts, I'll have to appraise it at low to low-mid $xxx range. Get more members, a decent PageRank, and good traffic, and you can get revenue. Multiply that revenue by 10, and then it'll have a solid value. :)

Certainly will have a better value with a developed site with traffic.

Mid $xxx
