I think Payem.com is the best IMO. Great for a bill pay site of somesort. high XX to low XXX resale.

PCmfr.com is second best IMO, mid to high xx resale.

Thanks, GreenGambler. Payem.com will be turned into a review site of online payment products. As for ulist.net it could be used for auctions,real estate or classifieds. By the way I've been offered $1,000.00 for it this month. iTelevision.net is a play on the youtube video sites and the availability of television programming online.
