PC is a universal term, so the .com would be the best bet, $XX at the most if your lucky undeveloped.

I think you should definitely develop it. It'll be worth more that way. I think it's worth around $100 undeveloped. Add rep please

My advice - stop and think about your business plan.
You are most likely better off buying aftermarket names - short or generic if resale is your plan.
The names you have now could be lucrative if properly developed.
