I would say that this domain should go for the at most $100 or high $xx.

well pc-geek is very easy to remember and it can be a very good forum name..

since all the other extensions are taken and you have the .com it worths more. i think 60$ is low for this domain.

The amount of hits you have right now it should worth about high xx - low xxx

Something like this is worthwhile developing. The uniques you're getting are from parking I take it. Thats not great but considering its most likely type-ins thats not bad either. Development wise you could turn it into a reviews website - for pc software and hardware with emphasis on affilate links to featured products.

There are a lot of these kind of sites around, however not many are of a good standard. Theres quantity and not enough quality. With a bit of time, you could just whack up a site and template see how much it affects the value. $60 in my opinion is probably a little low, i've had an offer of $40 on thegeek.be ... and thats a dot be!! so I'd expect you to get much more from that dot com.

Value as it stands : high $xx to low $1xx
However this ones worth developing a little, the boost in price would be quite significant. To an end user it could be worth mid $xxx.
