Sorry, there is not value in this one

I would focus on .COM when starting out in domain investing, there is no market for these new extensions unless you mange to get a premium keyword and it makes sense with the extension

Yeah, its not just the keyword, its the extension, there have been over 500 new extensions released and none of them will be make it big time

There have been new extensions released over the years and none of them last

Im not saying there aren't some nice sales, but you will struggle to get decent keywords in these new extensions as a lot of them are reserved

There are a few good "pbx" sales reported at Namebio. However I agree with @gilescoley regarding the extension. At best, I would say high $xx to very low $xxx.
