PayPal to moneybookers exchange

I need to exchange my paypal funds with moneybookers funds. Is there any reliable 3rd part service? or is there someone who wants to do it on opposite way ?

How many paypal you want exchange per transaction and per time period ? Is it permanent needs?

$20 for first transaction. Better to see who i am doing business with
$100 per transaction is ok if everything goes fine on the first step
Permanent is preferred but not a must
