someone has not deliver the goods?

wait another 2 or 3 more days for responce, and if not then you can file a dispute with paypal, but beware that they takes almost a month (or less) to investigate.

What kind of goods? Paypal considers domain names to be intangible goods, which mostof the time cannot be disputed. Paypal allows disputes only for tangible goods, when there is proof of delivery, like a Fedex or UPS tracking number.
