PayPal + registrars

Is there a registrar that accepts paypal (without an attached creditcard or bank account)???

I don't know. I think you might be able to use paypal w/o a c/c. In fact, I think GoDaddy accepts it. I'm not sure, but you can try.

and i aint used a CC or any type or card/bank/credit thing for paypal, and all my money comes from places online, and i pay it back out online lol, ive heard paypal do a virtual debit card, but i dont know exactly how or what it does

Wasn't aware that you could transfer money that way (without bank account or cc). I know Godaddy requires a cc only so they wouldn't. You're welcome to try RegisterStart.com (I own it) and if it doesn't work I'll cancel the domain for you. Otherwise, you could look at Regfly, Domainsite, or Namecheap.

When you get through to the checkout you will be asked for your method of payment - select paypal and you will momentarily be re-directed to your paypal account (really straight forward) - accept the invoice and hey presto you paid with PayPal.

domainsite.com is good. Namecheap also. Godaddy needs credit card.

In my site I have problem with credit card and paypal also since my country is not in the list of paypal. So I used the "good as gold" account from Luckyregister and It is fine. I just transfer my money to this account and I can use this money to order any products from them as domain, hosting...I get 2% discount for each time I order somethings from them.

hmm.. thats my problem, I have a pp account, but without a cc or bank acocunt attached. I just have money from other ppl in there!

Well they obviously want you to be a verified member, since if you have a CC attached you're kind of.... verified :D

DomainSite. 'Cos who needs all that other crap, just set up nameservers at DomainSite for each domain.

And now you are going to reply:
"Well, people that don't have webspace need all that". Or something. And maybe adverise your site again. Which I don't think you* are allowed to do here BTW, except for in your sig and in the For Sale / Advertising Board section.
