PayPal question

Was looking for the answer for a long time, but could not find it... :td:

I have a personal PayPal account and I'm citizen of Latvia. PayPal says, that personal accounts cannot receive payments from credit cards, but am I able to receive money from other PayPal account? My country is listed as "Send Money to Anyone in the Growing PayPal Network" (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside )

I don't live in Latvia - but here's the way it works for me - in Canada.

If you have a Personal PayPal account you can accept payments funded either by the person's PayPal cash balance or direct access from their bank account.

If you upgrade to Premier account the purchaser can also fund their payment through a credit card or debit card.

Thanks, but it seems to be an other case, as Canada is listed as having "Total Payment Solution", but here, in Latvia we have only personal accounts available

As long as Latvia is not listed here -> https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside under "Send. Receive. Withdraw.", you wil not be able to get funds via credit card as Personal Account options do not allow it. You will have to have a Premier or Business Account to get funds via credit cards. It seems that the option is not available for your country.

gammo is right. You can receive only thru other's paypal balance
