PayPal premier

Hey

I accedently upgraded to the premier account instead of personal. I dont want it now since they take out money with every transfer. Is there a way to downgrade or do i have to make a new account.

You can only downgrade once. You have to contact them to make the change back to Personal. Be prepared to wait for a reply. I had to wait 3 months for them to finally downgrade my account.
