PayPal payment problem

When I try to send a payment, it show:
Please confirm your payment method so that you can send payments.

I have send payment many times before and have no problem, any one knows how to solve it?

Has your card that you have linked up to PayPal expired?

My card is Chinese debit card and has no expired date

If the card is linked up correctly, and you have selected this as your default payment method, you might want to contact PayPal support.
