PayPal Download Encryption

I'm thinking of selling eBooks written by myself, but I need some sort of script or program that when someone orders through the script through PayPal, as soon as the payment is sent, they get an encrypted download link, like for example:

http://www.neils-ebooks.com/ebooks/download.php?839j8643nung498

that's just an example.. :D

Does anyone know of any scripts, whether they are free or paid, that can do what i've stated above?
