We’re expanding our Buyer Protection to cover intangible purchases, such as services and digital goods. From now on, we’ll review buyer disputes where a customer claims a service or item has not been received or is not as described.
As a seller, you will now need to respond should a transaction be disputed. Please provide compelling evidence that you provided the item or that it was as you described it to be at the time of the transaction.
We expect you to benefit from this expansion too, as it gives your customers extra confidence when shopping on your website.

It's good news that paypal now covering digital goods. Before when we choose "no shipping required option" the paypal protection were not covered. many sellers lost their money on dispute but from now on we can reply to all paypal disputes like an escrow service dispute. All we have to provide evidence that we have delivered the digital good like domain and download link etc.
