Are you serious? Check namebio for similar sales please ... one words domain names and not even comparable to this one are sold XX,XXX$

Your domain name makes sens and a perfect call-to-action domain name.

I see it around low XX,XXX-35,000$ depend on the end user.

Mid or Low XXX$ is an hugh underestimation or exaggerated reseller price if it even given.

This category is made to give an honest appraisal please, if you are not sure about it or have another intentions ... it is preferable to not comment about it IMO

IMO it is underestimated, perhaps the market this time for .TO extension is going bearish, but it worth more than the suggested prices.

Ready to buy it right now at mid XXX$ without waiting for years the right buyer if you are ok, and anyone here will do same.

Pay.TO just in 2011 was sold for 1000$ (without knowing if it was in auction or elsewhere), while now we are in a mass aadoption of cryptos ... this domain name will find a great usage.

Many sales were well over 5 years ago when the market was different, so historical sales as an indication of potential sale/value is not ideal. That said it's mostly what we have to go on.

According to Namebio, there have been 1443 sales:

• Past 11 years: 16 sales at 5 figures. 1.5 sales per year is so close to zero that when also factoring in the giant domain marketplace, a sale at 5 figures is very unlikely
  
• Past 3 years: 88 sales at 4 figures. 2.5 per year still means an incredibly low chance of a sale at 4 figures
  
• Past 3 years: 797 sales at 3 figures. This is much more indicative of the most likely outcome, but it's still not many sales for a single TLD in 3 years, so a sale at all is still pretty unlikely.

Even with 3 figures, 22 sales per month over the last 3 years is tiny when factoring in the mammoth amount of domain sales each month in the marketplace. This really does mean a sale at all is incredibly unlikely.


As always with the domain market, you can get lucky and perhaps this will go for 4 or even 5 figures due to the left and right being in tune with each other. However, no-one can predict sales nor estimated value based on the need for "luck".

So in my opinion no-one can really appraise this name with any degree of accuracy. Stating "easily 5 figures" is misleading and entirely fictional as there is no good historical data or regular sales that can be analysed to draw upon a professional conclusion.

As it stands over the next year or two a 3 figure sales probably has some potential. 4 or 5 figures is pure luck.

"The.club" sold for $300K a few years back, but there are very few .club sales in 5 figures let alone 6. It's a domainer's deep hope that drives them to believe those few sales means theirs will make them rich.

If there are only a few sales, or high price sales, then they were just anomalies and this really does mean yours is entirely unlikely to sell, or for a low price.
