I am willing to pay 200NP$ for a Simple Search Script.

The search script will have to be exactly similar to http://www.freewebspace.net/search/power.shtml - That also includes an AdminCP for the script to add new data to the database, edit or delete data.

The script must be owned by you and i will need to have all rights on the script.

I do not think you should call it just search script then.
You need a search script with a Backend Admin Panel.

I can do the following

Script to search the database.
Admin panel to add , edit and delete data.

Price:$15

I need more info about the database model
and also an initial payment to be made to continue
