I think it's a good domain, value is enhanced by the fact that "payer" means the verb "pay" in French.
but cannot tell you the exact value of it.

I think you will have to put in alot of effort to find an end user for this domain as I don't see any value in this domain otherwise.

thank you guys. i have tried many methods to find the end user ,like pay.com , payer.com , pay.us , payer.us, pay.co.uk ,payer.co.uk, but with no respond.
