Easy arriving at the Reg Fee Appraisal
Yes it is Three Char Word ,but Ext is not popular YET ,despite some recent sales.
Plus the Demand For Stupid 3 Char .com such as j8a.com is Very High ,hence the price and Resale value for them
The Value of domains is governed by the Demand and Desire of BUYERS ,more than any other Factor.
