my advice would be to determine the niche that suites you best. After doing so, go to the major networks (cj / pepperjam etc) and look for advertisers that match your niche.

The best payouts I get are ones that are dive deap into a niche.

I would go with cj.com. I think they have the biggest range of advertisers and they always pay on time. Also, they don't discriminate if you start making large amounts. To them if you make $50 per month or $50,000 they treat you the same. But I think they do have some policy where you have to generate leads within a 6 month period or they will terminate your account.

besides cj, i like to go with "in-house" programs since they usually send payment fast and easy to contact. depends on what exactly are you promoting, and then find some good website that have a good inhouse program and join. also, better to diversify then keep all your eggs with cj!

gathering affiliate programs is not a tough part, but to advertise them and bring leads is really hard. I suggest you to join commission junction. Its a good affiliate program.
