... either classifieds search engine or a classifieds site, but am very open minded to other ideas if there is profit in it using the below names

Why am I looking for Partner(s)?
... to develop and keep site running smoothly (security & maintenance)
... domains have not been used since i acquired them; cause I don't poses your talent

What I got to offer to right Partner(s):
... equal shares
... guarantee & reassurance (notary public at both ends)
... time and commitment ( research, promotion, brain storming, story board, etc)
... local B2B Marketing
... $500 monthly; or $125 weekly budget to start with; toward promoting the site and etc

I am an average working man; therefor budget is limited. Contracting and out sourcing will not fit budget without proper investment; cause I would still need others to run the site effectively!

If we go the Classifieds or Classifieds Search Engine way:
... been brainstorming for the passed 3 years on how to generate revenue using new functions on a classifieds related sites

Came up with a few functions that even interested one of the big boys in classified sites. I pitched 1 of the functions to them and how much was the max they could generate per city based on calculation; but i did not go into details with them cause they wanted more info but they were not ready to sit down legally with lawyers present.

I am either looking into forming a team including myself with equal shares (percentage of shares depends on how many people we got in our team)(max 4; including myself); or someone who can finance this project for a 50/50 share!

Guarantee & Reassurance:
... Non Disclosoure / Non Compete Agreement will be signed with notary public present at both ends

... I prefer a sit down with lawyers present in case of funding from anywhere or dealing locally with developers

I live in Vancouver,BC; however i could stay in California if it is more suitable and convenient.
