I am looking for a partner that knows how to do design work and can write a good ad. I own www.zurax.com and it needs a new design. It has to be real easy to edit and to insert into the templtes for the search script.
The pages I need:
Index page: A place for a logo, 468x60 banner, 3 colums, in colum 1 the site links would be at the top with a place to put 88x31 buttons for partners and link exchanges. Colum 2 would be the main text area, I would like to keep the text thats on the Index now, except the keyword listings - I plan to take them off the index, unless you can make it better sounding. Colum 3 would have a space for news at the top and a "tower banner" right below the news.
Search and member area: These have to be edited in the sites admin. So I need something thats very easy to insert there. The only things that can be changed is the very top and the bottom.
Portal: I need a portal template made with a place for a logo, 468x60 banner, 3 colums, in colum 1 advertisement for becoming an affiliate or advertiser of zurax search and below that a place for 88x31 buttons. In colum 2, this is where I will place keywords related to the site I put the portal on so it can be left open. Colum 3 should have a place for specials and below that for a "tower" banner.
I also need a logo made for the pages and new banners made for advertising. The banners should advertise to affiliates and/or advertisers. These will be used by my affiliates to try and signup new advertisers or affiliates. Also, this is where the writing ads comes in, I need a few text ads writen up for the affiliates to use for their advertising to get affiliates or advertisers.
What can I offer the partner?
I will host all of the partners sites for FREE for life. If the partner chooses to stop being a partner I will host all the sites currently hosted by me but I would have to charge for any new sites he/she wanted me to host.
I will also place the partners ad on the portal pages.
I will give the partner a free advertiser account on zurax with "unlimited" advertising funds. If you run out of funds just drop me an email and Ill add more credit to your account.
If the partner wants to open an affiliate account with zurax I will set their account to pay 99% of the bid amount and I will set the amount they earn from referrals to 25% and set the amount they get from referring an advertiser to 30%. You could set up a portal on your domains and make money.
I will also give the partner unlimited banner impressions on www.bannerally.com
