Parkour is becoming very popular with an OVT of 9122 in December. Growing a forum is a extremely time consuming endeavor so if this is something you’re truly interested in I think you could make this work, otherwise it could be impossible.

A good idea might be contacting Sébastien Foucan the co-founder of Parkour Worldwide – parkour.com

Just a cautionary note: Parkour can be a dangerous sport so you may want to stress this point with a few disclaimers on your forum.

At present the value is low $xx to mid $xx for a reseller but with some intense development and membership I could see you increasing the value exponentially. IMHO

I am intrested in Parkour, i did it for about a year but then got into a simuler sport called Tricking. I think ill keep the domain for a while as the sport IMO, is growing very fast. When i have more time i might try and make it active.

The interest for Parkour seems to be increasing, and a forum about it would most probably hit. But undeveloped, it'll probably be low to mid $xx (or more with interested end-user), a forum domain would be better developed if you have the time to do so.
