i recently bought this domain, i think its a nice one. what do you think?

nice key words. Only diminishing part would be that the term 'realestate' is not common language/usage in france/europe. 'Property' or 'Estate' as in 'estateagents' for uk is more acceptible. I did sell londonrealestate.org.uk a few years back for mid $xxx. I currently own parisproperties.net which get a few unsolicited offers from time to time. Also as you are aware, the domain can only be held by someone with a physical european union address so your market is limited mostly to the eu where, again, the term 'realestate' is not the top choice. Still, an attractive name. Put it on sedo and see if it garners any attention. Best of luck.

i think a good name as people from other countries may use the term realestate when they are searching , value Low $x,xxx , good luck

.eu is pretty weak, and 'real estate' sounds more American than European.
At least the Brits use words like homes or properties.
If you develop into a property website geared toward gringos this could be OK. But I don't think it's an easy sell.
