PappaGyros.com took place via the UDRP process at the WIPO, as the Complainant operates since 2006 via their PapaGyros.com brand and domain name.
The Respondent in this case alleged that their “Pappa” part means “daddy” while that of the Complainant’s is a reference to “pope.” To be accurate, the Greek prefix “Papa” (Πάπα) references a priest and not the Pope...
