Will the site have Pamela Anderson super model content on it or will it be a different persons content? However, Yes, your point is valid. I've met a few Jackie Chans. But if the webmaster chooses to host otherwise then, possible tm issues and so on...

Sorry to say that tight, but you are a bit wrong...even it is a name shared by a lot of women,she (the one celeb, not so sure about"supermodel" lol) has established sort of a TM for herself(especially with this one vid)...so, if the OP puts up a directory with info about all the women who share the same name he should be fine...but a fansite is not always protecting you from trouble(just look up our member DNQUEST, he can advice you further....
