Is it my breath?

I am a little confused. Is there some reason, unknown to me, that nobody will appraise my names? I can't help noticing that many other names receive several appraisals. If there is something I am doing incorrectly, I would appreciate it if someone would tell me what it might be, as this is not the first time that my request for opinions has been virtually ignored.
