.tv Oxygen Network - Uses .tv

I was flipping through the channels the other day and saw that Oh!Oxygen channel was pushing www.shedidwhat.tv ! Their hompage is oxygen.com but they use the .TV as well. Right on their homepage it says shedidwhat.tv

Its on all the time here and most of the women I know who watch tell me they know the .tv extension and look for tv shows with the .tv extension.
