Nice name. I think condohotel (also called condotel and apartotel) names are flying way under the radar. I own about 1/2 dozen of them myself (names, not condohotels). Most people still don't know what they are or how popular they are becoming. Hold it for a while and I think you'll do well with it. May be of particular interest to a RE agent who sells them.
