I would add rounded corners for your blue header as well because the whole site's frame is rounded too. To keep things consistant..

I'm a fan of simplicity, but I think it would benefit you as a webmaster to have an image logo. From personal experience I don't remember text and box websites. Imageshack.us used to be my fancy until they expanded upon their ad share: clean, yet rememberable.

Also, this is more of a personal issue than a real flaw, but when I read "Partner" I expect to see one partner, not three. :gl:
