it's because overture is no longer updated thus you get old results plus you'd be surprised as to why many keyword tools are not really working like it supposed to be. Best you use Google's Keyword tool or Nichbot.

they don't update it since may 2007, anyway it's still useful for non english markets keywords. Sometimes it loads, sometime not, don't worry it's normal.
