There a new rule that you can only give a $0 value if you give a detailed explanation. I am going to give it a try.

Based on the domain having a negative marking connotation. (telling people their items or bids are over priced.

And that no one in the entire world wants the term in the go to extension of dot com.

I would rate this domain as: No value, $0, ask for your money back.

Not all one word domains need to be regged, there just too many new extensions. Good Luck

I would also rate this a $0 value domain based on the explanation above and the belief that no other person should buy this name from you for more. I don't even really like past

I am not a hater of gTLDs but people need to think through whether the new domain is one that really provides benefits that overcome the inherent deficiencies. If the term is not taken in .com it's a big red flag. If it's taken and "for sale" its a smaller red flag.

To have value in gTLD it has to really be category killer/premium. Not marketable as premium but actually premium. Even premiums will be low priced compared to many expectations

Analogy (which never really work but are fun):
Adding teen safety feature to a Chevy Malibu doesn't make it a premium car when sat next to an Audi RS5 in the drive-way. While an RS5 is premium, I would still not favorably compare it to a Ferrari designed by Pininfarina.

Don't confuse a modern Chevy for a future classic.
