IMO price totally depends on end user. Could unlock potential if any tours or travel agency picks it up (could be high $xxx to low $x,xxx undeveloped), otherwise low $xx to mid $xx to reseller IMO.

Best thing to do would be to develop it and show how the website can be used. $1.25 CPC with 50K global searches will easily earn renewal and hosting fee, and you could wait till you find potential end user.
