If they have directly given you permission to use it then that is a different story. However, in general when you incorporate a famous TM into a domain it is asking for trouble.

verbal, you better have that in writing. What if the person who gave you the verbal forgot or left the company. What are the specifics surrounding its usage. Can you put a porno site up on the domain? What about an site stating that their company is a fraud?

You get my point.

Unless it is in writing, I think you run some risk.

Yeah, I agree with localexperts about getting permission in writing that outlines the terms.

On a side note I have an Otterbox Defender on my Blackberry and it is the best case on the market IMO.
