OScommerce, Paypal and Wild West API request

Looking for someone who knows Oscommerce, WWD API and paypal pro API to marry them in a PHP5.05 and MySQL 4.1 environment running on a Raq 4 or 550. Needs to be an installable pkg file with no headaches or hassles. Must be setup for multidomain virtual hosting and come with 12 months available support.
