Well, if the domain remained undeveloped, what's the point of keeping it around? If you're not developing it (which would be clear TM infringement), you'd be keeping it to sell it. And in that case, that's going to run afoul of cybersquatting. You (or whoever buys it, if it gets that far) will at best be facing a UDRP decision against you, at worst there will be a court case. AMPAS has teams of lawyers that look for these sorts of things, and based on past situations, you probably don't want to be part of it. The liability is far too great, and there's essentially no upside whatsoever.
