If you have any inkling of an idea to make this a reference to the Oscars (and frankly, with "awards" at the end, I can't see any rational argument that you weren't referring to the awards show), my best advice is to either grace delete or know where your checkbook is at all times, since you're going to be using it a lot once the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences finds out.

This is one of the most well-protected trademarks, and the Academy has never taken the unauthorized use of it in good stride. It's an incredibly dangerous TM to violate, and I wouldn't touch it with a ten-thousand-foot pole.

Even if this domain remained undeveloped will it be a TM issue?.
What if I sell this domain. Will this be also a TM infringement?.

Thanks

Well, if the domain remained undeveloped, what's the point of keeping it around? If you're not developing it (which would be clear TM infringement), you'd be keeping it to sell it. And in that case, that's going to run afoul of cybersquatting. You (or whoever buys it, if it gets that far) will at best be facing a UDRP decision against you, at worst there will be a court case. AMPAS has teams of lawyers that look for these sorts of things, and based on past situations, you probably don't want to be part of it. The liability is far too great, and there's essentially no upside whatsoever.
