Do you think it is good idea to post about your website in relevant communities at orkut? Or do you think it will be considered as spam?

If in a discussion there's a chance that your website's relevant information would be useful for other people then yes, otherwise it would be pure spam.

Don't ever start a topic about your website, don't send messages to community users and don't post links to people's scrapbook - it may end up with someone reporting it to Orkut or even to your host.
