IMHO, without development, they has no resell value.

I mean there is no "Resell Value", it doesn't mean no "Value"

They may mean a lot to end user

I think the problem is that the domain market is fluded with PS3 ones. I believe the value on these domains are limited just because of the huge amount of variables and available domains. Best of luck, but registration fee at present.
