how do u exactly plan to earn from this site? if u intend to sell products, perhaps a more professional looking site might be better. If its adsense, this might work.

However, currently, feels that it looks like another soft-porn kind of site. Definitely not in the league of sophisticated and professional looking site. Hope you don't take offense. But it really depends on where u see it developing and whether u want to cater to big industry advertisers like VS maybe? then the site will definitely need brushing up. If it's just for the average person and adsense, maybe not necessary.

interesting content, i'm not sure where your site is headed, though. you're simply listing pictures in no particular order, no voting features, no option to upload content,..it's all a bit vague.
The video piece doesn't fit in at all, the header needs to be designed and a logo created and last but not least, the sales section is chaotic.
Even though this is your first site, most often you only have one shot to get users and keep them coming back. At this time, i'd take the site down and give it a VERY thorough overhaul and more professional touch.
