What does teh "IC" have to do with "OOH" ? I would also think "Out Of Home Media" would be "OHM" or at least "OOHM", where's the M?

The only application I could see out of this is "Ooh, I C" (oh, i see) which is probably worth 10-20$ to some blogger, but worthless to any other enduser or reseller.
