It's pr 4, an old domain. Current site on it is outdated no longer fully functional, so it's the name that's being appraised, not the site.

It gets a handful of searches, at $0 CPC.
So, it's a brandable name, and a pretty good one at that.
It's versatile, one could use it for web design, logos, SEO, etc.
I would want low to mid $x,xxx (end user).
I am ignorant of reseller pricing.
