This is a SUPER domain that is screaming for an end-user. I'd leave this one parked at Sedo and start making cold calls looking for a potential buyer in the educational sector. I could see a college offering online classes paying low $xx,xxx if the stars align. Good luck.

Nice catch. There are certainly advertisers in this field so setting up at least a simple mini-site is probably worth the time compared to pure parking revenue.

This domain is interesting both for resellers and end-users as it is somewhat generic.

Resale: high $xxx - low $xxxx.
