I would also be interested to know a bit more about SSL certificates, does your site/store have one > Was it hard to install, can a wordpress site use one..........etc etc

I have developed on Prestashop. It's quick easy and powerful; but I prefer OpenCart, as it is more free to modify, add plug ins etc..
To add an SSL will take some time, because of the many changes that you have to apply, even in Wordpress. In any case, remeber to backup before starting the settings; specially if it's your first time.
