Yes I do, I play @ turepoker.com. Well I you don't play at their site, you download there client, wich is really nice, 3D, good speed, sound, and feel. You can play for real money or fake money. You can play for fun at random tables, or enter tourneys. Its great place to play, and a good crowed of people to play with. If you use, look me up on it some time, I go as KillerClown!

Hehe, I know 8 swedish friends that make a living on online poker actually.
Poker you play against other people instead of the casino, so If you are good there is alot of money in it I guess.

Me on the other hand have just lost on poker :D but I always play wild, but when I play tight for a while I often win alot. But I guess is all about dicipline I just often want to go all in or something :D

But some people have the dicipline and feel for poker, there in one Swedish guy I read in the paper he earns over $80,000 a month on online poker. He play on alot small bet tables at once, a few hours aday. He is quite amazing.

10% of the players online are making a living on the rest 90%.

Anyway good bonus code at www.partypoker.com put in bonus code: alltompoker
and you get $25 extra as a bonus :D Lowest deposit is $50 so you get $75 to play for.

partypoker.com is nice..

U can play for fake points and dont need real money till the time u learn the basics..

The bonus codes gives 25$ to the person who sign up and i guess 50$ bonus to the person who reffered or so..

Its all fun and dont make it a business..

Thats why I like tournament poker. It's absolutely impossible with 100+ entrants to do such things. I play at pokerroom.com, much better.looking than partypoker and no downloads needed.

I am not too good yet, but in one-table tournament I can make top 3 50% of time at lower levels, so I'm breaking even. B-)

One thing I've noticed - at least for me the tables with the lowest buy-in are not the best ones. Folks playing absolutely unpredictably there, soit's extremely hard to read the play.

is partypoker any good?

I have only used true poker, so let me know if they are at least decent! I have heard a lot of bad things about them lately.

Stay Away!! From PartyPoker.com - It's one of the more popular sites, but not beginner friendly at all. They are legit, but I've found SportsInterAction.com to be much better.

Up a quite a bit today at SportsInteraAction.com, and they have several features which come in handy for beginners:

- More Pot Ranges so beginners can get some "real" play in with only a couple bucks in hand.
- People are generally more friendly.
- Realtime Tourneys

And several other cool features.

This thread is really beginning to suck....

If i see any more - "yeah, ladbrokes poker may be fine, but i find you get the really best deals and free money at 'mypokersitewhereiget$200asignup.com' - i think i'll cry.

Fine, if anyone has a poker affiliate site, thats great (i have a dozen or so) but lets not come to this thread under the banner of "ive tried this site and its the best" when simply declaring an interest in the site would taste way better than any ruse...

No, just bad timing. Hadnt read your post when i wrote mine.. So apologies if you felt that i posted at you...

:)

Theres another post about gaming sites on this forum where the thread starter is offering $30 or $40 (cant remember which) for people to sign up with real money through his site...

Fine...

But, if we are a community here, i just think it right and proper to declare your own personal interest in affiliate marketing.

i.e. If you offer a promo declare that you personally will gain from it..(not "the best bonus payments can be found here" - kind of opening gambit).

With party poker and pacific poker that commission is $200 a sign up. So, between friends, its a great free money resource. I have a pal who signed up through one of my sites with $50, pacific/party poker then gave him another $50, I gave him $100, he then withdrew his money and walked away... He $150 richer and me $100 better off. All perfectly legit and above board.
