What does this software do?

Allows you to easily offer online chat support to your web site. Our software integrates into your existing AIM account. When you are logged on, you website will say chat online. If you are offline, away or idle in AIM, your site will say tech support is offline.

i dont use AIM and im not sure if my customer do either (maybe some do maybe some dont) does the customer need to use AIM, if not then its easy for me to install and use, as long as the customer doesnt need it.

Only the webmaster needs AIM. The clients will be using a flash script in their web browser (they have no idea its even using AIM's protocol )

I am looking into it right now. It depends on what kind of API MSN has. I know they must have some kind of API tho because meebo.com uses it .

I will update you with what I learn soon.

Just a heads up, I've made some headway on making it MSN compatible. I have a rudamentary client that connects to MSN and initializes an IM session and can receive IMs. Now I just need to make it send IMs and integrate it into a web interface. Its still a few days off, atleast, but its coming along.
