OK, I stand corrected. What does seem to be the case is that gambling in Singapore is extremely-heavily regulated, with physical casinos having to have extremely high-priced licenses, and online casinos being effectively banned due to no licenses being issued for them. Of course, IANAL, so if you were really interested in the topic, I'd consult a lawyer who deals with Singaporean law. As it stands now, though, the registry will be the real concern, since they can suspend the domain at any time if it's against their policies. That's something to check into more.
