Yes, correct. How many single word dot coms have over 5000 visitors per day? That's the top end of what's achievable from type-in traffic so there cannot be that many of them around. It would probably be impossible to obtain one this side of $xxx,xxx unless the word was highly unpopular and the traffic was either typo traffic or from worthless geographies.
