It's a law related term, could anyone help to appraise it and kindly figure out how to find the potential end users?

That's a good name. It would definitely be worth a great deal to a divorce lawyer that specializes in custody battles. So you can count on it being worth a good deal. But placing a value on it would also require some research. And that would require a significant investment of time to take a look at it, because it is such a specialized domain.

However, there are probably some others that have dealt with such names here that can give you a better idea of its worth.

I would tray and sell it to such an attorney-at-law firm that has a great track record in dealing with custody battles. Perhaps you can get some stats from the state bar or advertise it in a legal magazine?
