.mobi One question

Hi all

I have a mobi domain that i dident know had a TM, however i see a other site have the same name as the TM domain... what could or should i do with the domain??? I really dident know it was a TM domain on one of the websites..

Maybe i should say that its not the same owners... its two different sites with different owners...

I would just hold on to the name for now. Sometimes people will get away with using a supposed trademark with various extentions. If this is a true trademark however, they can and will take it if they want. I have registered a few trademarks myself and have had nice offers from the TM holders to transfer the .mobi names. You may make a small profit in the end. Good luck!

P.S. I transferred one name to the TM holder for $500. Not a bad profit!

yea i saw a name myself that i liked that is trademarked but the strange thing was that the name i liked let's say it was apples, and they trademarked more like food and the way i wanted 2 use was nothing related 2 food so i'm gonna go ahead and reg it.
