CommodityMoney.com - very hard to say. I have a master's degree in economics, and I know the meaning of this word, but a lot of people don't. So the value can be from low $xx to very high $xxx.
OlympicGames.us - I think you should drop this one - this is a trademark. The holders of this trademark will probably take this away from you, I'm afraid :(

Olympic games is a TM and they go after any domain that uses it. the other maybe low to mid xx. Also a finance major and its just not a common thing , no one would really be looking for it etc.

The olympics are the number #1 trademark C&D Issuer. They ask anyone and everyone to remove the word olympics from anything. I remmeber a diner in Canada I think was called the Olympic diner and they sued them to remove the name.

Heres a good one , they are suing every buisiness in Seattle that has the name Olympics.

The U.S. Olympic Committee threatens to cripple Washington’s economy by suing businesses named in honor of our Olympic Peninsula,” Mr. Bausher says. “The 2010 Winter Games will come and go, but the Olympic name has been Washington’s heritage since 1788.”

The source of the USOC’s authority stems from the Ted Stevens Amateur Sports Act of 1998, in which Congress essentially gave the USOC monopoly rights over the word “Olympic” — even if no likelihood of confusion with the sports organization exists.
