As you guys know, I've been having problems with names listed for sale with BIN prices without my permission. I'm finding more and more of these on a variety of sites - Afternic, GoDaddy, Sedo and Name.com. The names fir into 3 categories
  • Names that are not for sale
  • Names that are listed for less than my asking price
  • Names that are listed for more than my asking price.
It is the third category that is making me wonder if these prices could lose sales for me. One example is AsianRights.com - Name.com has it listed for $633 (where do they get these prices? :) ), but my BIN is $295. Do you think a prospective buyer will track the name through to the genuine sales page, or will he be put off and look for another name?
